Description
We're looking for an experienced Paint Finisher who takes pride in producing high-quality painted surfaces from start to finish. You'll apply paints and coatings throughout the production process, ensuring every home receives a professional, consistent finish that meets Rally Construction Group's standards.

What You’ll Do
- Apply interior and exterior paints, stains, and specialty coatings
- Perform cutting, rolling, brushing, and spray applications
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, priming, and masking
- Maintain consistent color, texture, and finish quality throughout the project
- Work efficiently to meet builder production schedules
- Operate and maintain painting equipment
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
What You Need
- Experience with residential painting applications
- Knowledge of spray equipment, rollers, brushes, and specialty finishes
- Ability to maintain production quality in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
