Rally Construction Group is hiring a Superintendent to oversee residential landscaping operations. This leader will coordinate crews, maintain production schedules, ensure installation quality, and support the successful completion of community landscaping projects

What You’ll Do
- Supervise landscaping installation crews
- Coordinate project schedules across multiple communities
- Conduct quality inspections
- Manage labor, equipment, and materials
- Work with builders to meet turnover deadlines
- Ensure safety compliance
- Develop field leadership
- Resolve jobsite challenges
What You Need
- 3+ years of landscaping construction experience
- Previous superintendent or crew management experience
- Knowledge of residential landscape installation
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to read landscape plans and layout for the crew
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
