ERP Implementation Specialist
About this role
We are looking for an ERP Implementation Specialist with 4–8 years of experience to own the end-to-end implementation of a new enterprise resource planning system at Radiant Nuclear — the company building the world's first mass-produced portable nuclear microreactor. This is a rare opportunity to join a Series D, $1.8B+ valued startup at a critical inflection point: the ERP platform is being selected now, and this person will be the driving force behind getting it live.
You'll work directly with cross-functional teams across supply chain, finance, engineering, and operations to translate real manufacturing workflows into scalable system solutions. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and want your work to directly support the future of clean, portable nuclear energy — this role is for you.
What will you be doing?
Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle — from vendor negotiations and requirements gathering with end users across all departments, to configuration, customization, testing, and go-live.
Partner daily with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, engineering, and operations to capture what each team needs from the system and translate that into actionable build requirements.
Coordinate with software engineers on system customizations, integrations, and any technical build-outs required to support the implementation.
Own training and live support — getting every team up to speed on the new system and providing ongoing support as the organization scales.
Drive process standardization and reporting, building dashboards and workflows that give leadership visibility into manufacturing performance, inventory, and operational readiness.
