What you will do:

The Carpenter is responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing a variety of building materials and components. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools, measurements, and construction plans.

  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine project requirements
  • Install, build, or repair structures and components using a variety of tools and equipment
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications
  • Load, move, and organize materials as needed for projects
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as needed

What you will bring:

  • Experience in carpentry or a related trade preferred
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction documents
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related environments
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment and power tools
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy materials as required (up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs)
  • Ability to work at heights, on ladders or scaffolding when required
  • Ability to perform work in indoor and/or outdoor environments, depending on the role
