Job Overview
TauRx Therapeutics is seeking a motivated and highly organised Project Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This is a remote role with both full-time and part-time opportunities, offering flexibility to the right candidate. At TauRx, our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals, carers, and families affected by neurodegenerative diseases. We are pioneers in developing treatments for Alzheimer's disease, and this role is crucial in supporting the project teams that drive our vital research forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring that our clinical trials and research initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to project managers and the wider project team.
Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, helping to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, track timelines, and identify potential issues or delays.
Schedule and organise team meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to all stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Act as a central point of contact for team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare and present regular status reports and project updates to management.
Support resource allocation and task management to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry would be a significant advantage.
