Remote Personal Assistant


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and organizational skills and can efficiently manage multiple priorities while working independently.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives and team members.

Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Coordinate meetings, virtual appointments, and travel arrangements when required.

Assist with real estate transaction coordination, document preparation, and file management.

Maintain digital records, databases, and CRM systems with accuracy.

Conduct online research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, tenants, and clients as needed.

Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates, listing coordination and administrative support.

Perform general administrative duties and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient business operations.

 

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience with CRM systems and real estate software is an advantage.

Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
