About this role

Evox Therapeutics Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining company information and records while helping ensure that data is complete, consistent, and up to date.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organized work, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working with computers and digital records. Previous data-entry experience is helpful but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Enter and update information accurately in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

Review records for missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and make appropriate corrections.

Maintain organized electronic files, documents, and records.

Verify data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Process and organize routine forms, reports, and administrative documents.

Assist with preparing spreadsheets, summaries, and basic reports.

Perform data searches and retrieve information when requested.

Maintain confidentiality when handling company and business information.

Communicate with team members to clarify incomplete or conflicting information.

Follow established procedures for entering, updating, storing, and maintaining records.

Assist with general administrative tasks and other data-related projects as assigned.

Meet established deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and online applications.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to organize information and manage multiple routine tasks.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Dependable, professional, and willing to learn new systems and processes.

Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
