Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Effectively investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Guide policyholders through the claims process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the steps involved.
- Process policy amendments, payments, and other customer requests with precision and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex customer cases and ensure seamless resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.

- Proven experience in a customer-facing service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- A high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- A degree from an accredited university or college is considered an asset.
