Job Overview
Identiv is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a contract basis in Philadelphia. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of professional communication. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Effectively identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records in our database with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues when necessary.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our services and products.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or client support role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of empathy and patience.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
