Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate information and achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues, handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Stay updated on our products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable support.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant computer software.
A high degree of empathy, patience, and resilience when handling challenging situations.
Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently.
