We are looking for a Yard Laborer to join our team. As a Yard Laborer with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will be responsible for maintaining plant grounds and work areas in a safe, compliant manner consistent with company policies and regulations.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant grounds, stockpiles, and operational areas in a neat and orderly condition.
- Perform housekeeping and cleanup of plant equipment, loading, and washdown areas.
- Support safe and efficient plant operations through consistent communication with plant management.
- Operate a front-end loader as needed.
About You
We Require:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1–year of industrial, yardman, or manufacturing experience.
- Equipment operation experience (e.g., forklifts, loaders).
- Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
