UCT is looking for a talented Associate, HRBP to join us in Israel!

The Associated HRBP supports managers and employees in achieving business objectives through effective people practices. The role serves as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, HR processes, and organizational initiatives while ensuring alignment with company policies and business needs.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters and employee relations issues.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, engagement, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct employee investigations and recommend appropriate solutions when needed.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to support HR initiatives and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives across the organization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing, operations, logistics, or industrial environment.
  • Experience supporting managers and employees in employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR policy implementation.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and collaborative approach.

 

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting tools.
  • Exposure to talent development, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
