Director, Product Management – Technology Alliances & Marketplace 

Location: Foster City, California (Min 3 days mandatory in office)

Qualys is transforming cybersecurity operations through the Enterprise TruRisk Platform and the AI-Native Risk Operations Center (ROC). As organizations struggle to manage cyber risk across fragmented security and IT ecosystems, Qualys is building an open, ecosystem-driven platform that unifies risk intelligence, prioritization, and remediation across cloud, identity, endpoint, data, applications, infrastructure, and AI environments.

To accelerate this vision, we are seeking a Director of Product Management – Technology Alliances & Marketplace to build and scale the partner ecosystem powering the Qualys ROC.

Role Overview

This is a product leadership role responsible for defining and executing Qualys' technology ecosystem strategy.

You will own the vision, roadmap, and growth of the Qualys ROC Marketplace, driving partnerships with leading security, cloud, infrastructure, identity, AI, networking, mobile, OT/IoT, and IT operations vendors.

Your mission is to transform Qualys ROC into the industry's most connected Cyber Risk Operations platform by building integrations, joint solutions, co-selling motions, and ecosystem-driven customer outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of Product Management, Business Development, Engineering, Alliances, Marketing, and Sales to create partner-powered solutions that help customers identify, prioritize, orchestrate, and eliminate cyber risk.

Build the industry's leading Cyber Risk Operations Marketplace that enables customers to:

What You Will Own

Marketplace Strategy & Ecosystem Vision

Define and execute the strategy for the Qualys ROC Marketplace, including:

  • Marketplace architecture and platform strategy
  • Integration prioritization framework
  • Partner onboarding model
  • Joint solution development process
  • Ecosystem monetization opportunities
  • Marketplace growth metrics and adoption

Create the industry's most comprehensive ecosystem for:

  • Exposure Management
  • Cloud Security
  • Identity Security
  • Data Security
  • Endpoint Security
  • Network Security
  • AI Security
  • Security Operations
  • IT Operations
  • Risk Remediation

Technology Partnerships

Own executive-level relationships with key ecosystem partners.

Potential partner categories include Cloud Providers, Identity Security, Endpoint & Device Security, Cloud & Application Security, Data Security, AI Security, OT/IoT security, IT and Workflow systems.

Joint Solution Development

Partner with internal product leaders and alliance partners to define and deliver high-value joint use cases.

Examples joint use cases  include Identity Risk Reduction, Cloud Risk Remediation, Endpoint Risk Elimination, AI Risk Management focusing discovering, prioritizing and remediating cyber risk with Agentic AI powered workflow.

Product Leadership

Collaborate with product management teams across all of Qualys products :

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining partner integration requirements
  • Building roadmap alignment
  • Prioritizing marketplace investments
  • Driving API and platform strategy
  • Ensuring customer adoption and measurable outcomes

Go-To-Market Leadership

Lead ecosystem GTM initiatives including:

Joint Launches

  • Product announcements
  • Solution launches
  • Analyst briefings
  • Conference presence

Sales Enablement

Develop:

  • Joint solution messaging
  • Battlecards
  • Pitch decks
  • Discovery guides
  • Competitive positioning

Solution Demonstrations

Create and maintain:

Co-Sell Programs

Drive:

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years in Product Management, Product Strategy, Alliances, or Platform Ecosystems
  • Experience building enterprise software integrations and partnerships
  • Strong cybersecurity industry knowledge
  • Experience working with cloud and security ecosystems
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform architectures

This role will build the ecosystem that makes the Qualys Risk Operations Center the central intelligence and orchestration layer across cloud, identity, endpoint, data, AI, network, and infrastructure security.

The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $240,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
