As a Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and effectively. Your leadership will focus on enhancing patient experience, developing team dynamics, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of patient-focused operational strategies that align with our brand standards.
  • Foster a culture of superior communication and follow-up to ensure complete patient satisfaction.
  • Guarantee that clinical and service standards are upheld across all facilities.
  • Engage in active performance monitoring through client feedback surveys.
  • Actively participate in team recruitment, training, development, and retention efforts.
  • Drive growth initiatives by collaborating with clinicians and contributing to strategic direction.
  • Manage financial performance by maintaining strict adherence to budgeting and P&L accountability.
  • Your proactive approach and commitment to team empowerment will be essential in creating a positive work environment where both staff and patients thrive.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with P&L accountability in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Technologically savvy, with a solid understanding of systems and processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
