About this role
- Providing strategic planning (urban/town/regional) advice across multiple districts
- Coordinate with project leads and teams to support design evolution and project development
- Researching and designing planning policies to guide development.
- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the planning process
- Monitor the progress of approval processes and resolve delays or issues
- Maintain accurate records of submissions and correspondence
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Urban/Spatial/Regional and Town Planning - mandatory. (Master's degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Urban/Spatial/Regional and Town Planning
- Partnerships development and activation planning
- High resilience, ownership mindset, and delivery orientation
