As a Salesforce Life Science Cloud Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional client support within our Salesforce practice. You will be at the forefront of driving innovative solutions and strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to implement Salesforce Service Cloud technologies, optimizing business processes and elevating service excellence.

As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and oversee project execution. Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce Service Cloud implementation projects within the life sciences sector
- Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver service excellence
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of Salesforce solutions
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize business processes
- Developing training materials and providing coaching to enhance team capabilities
- Implementing technology innovations to improve client service delivery
- Conducting business process modeling and enterprise integration for seamless operations
- Overseeing project budgeting and architecture to align with client objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support project success
- Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in Salesforce projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business model development
- Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
- Excelling in project architecture and project budgeting for client engagements
- Embracing emerging technologies to enhance service excellence
