You will lead audit workstreams, support engagement delivery, and help develop future audit professionals.
This role is ideal for experienced auditors who want to move beyond execution, build leadership capabilities, and gain international experience across the CEE region.
What You Will Do:
- Lead complex audit procedures throughout all stages of the audit
- Review work performed by Associates and Developing Seniors
- Coordinate audit activities with European engagement teams
- Analyse complex accounting matters and significant audit risks
- Support engagement planning and completion activities
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in external audit.
- university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and auditing standards.
- Experience reviewing work of junior staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and audit documentation skills.
- Interest in technology-enabled auditing.
- Leadership mindset, strong communication skills.
- Coaching capability, ownership and accountability.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Contribute to innovative audit methodologies and AI-enabled solutions
