About the Role
We are looking for a specialist who will act as the main analytics contact for assigned business teams, helping stakeholders make effective use of reporting and analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support stakeholders in using GA4, Looker Studio dashboards, and internal analytics tools.
- Gather and translate business requirements into reporting and dashboard needs.
- Manage analytics-related requests and coordinate their delivery.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for business users.
- Collect feedback and collaborate with analytics teams on improvements.
- Promote reporting best practices and analytics tool adoption.
- Provide basic interpretation of dashboard metrics and analytics insights.
Requirements
- Experience working with business stakeholders or clients.
- English level B2+.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of analytics, reporting, and dashboarding concepts.
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering training or workshops.
- Experience in digital marketing or marketing analytics.
