About this role
As an Intern, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting, industry, and legal experience, helping clients address complex business and legal matters.
The internship term is six months.
The Intern will assist Associates and Senior Associates with ongoing client matters, including corporate law, commercial transactions, and litigation. You will work in an environment that supports your professional development and helps strengthen your technical, personal, and teamwork skills. You will also play an important role in supporting the team and contributing to a broad variety of client work on a daily basis.

Candidate Requirements
Recent law school graduate or final-year law student;
Strong legal writing and research skills;
Strong working knowledge of English;
Strong analytical and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail;
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
Self-disciplined, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
Able to work effectively in a team environment;
Computer literate.
