Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Transformation Risk & Advisory, Program Management Office, Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Designing and implementing program governance and program management strategies
Assisting in rolling out leading practice program management services like benefits realization, quality assurance, decision management, document management etc.
Leading the design and set up for PMO, developing and executing program and project assurance strategies and plans, and delivering large complex programs or projects
Working with and presenting to senior program leadership within large scale programs
Supporting responses to client proposals and drive impactful conversations with senior client leaders
Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone
Gathering evidence from the environment you are working in, interpreting and recommending improvements to clients and creating positive outcomes for all parties
Coaching others and encourage them to take ownership of their development
Stay abreast of key industry developments both within Canada and globally
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Experience within Transformation Implementation that includes:
Leading implementations of large complex system/transformation initiatives
Drive the design and setup of PMO and rolling out the necessary governance and operational processes to manage the program
Leading performance of project assessments, health checks and program gateway reviews
End to end delivery with enterprise systems, major transformations, restructuring of an organization or leading large scale transformation initiatives.
Certified Project Manager (PMI PMBOK, APM BOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization)
Understanding of core project management process area (IT governance, quality assurance, or SDLC), project management software/tool, and/or ERP or industry specific application
Prior consulting experience and a strong understanding of how consulting organizations work and have taken part in the sales cycle
Self-motivated to begin and continue tasks committed to achieving project goals
Proven leadership skill with ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, and leverage diverse views
Ability to develop and manage strategic client relationships while providing the highest quality client work
Ability to effectively negotiate, problem solve, and influence through verbal and written communications
Strong abilities to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
