The Opportunity:
As an Account Manager, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:
Support Lead Partners and account teams in developing and executing account strategies, including annual growth plans, client needs assessments, opportunity identification, relationship mapping, sales budgeting, and Priority Account Program initiatives
Embed account management disciplines and champion the firm’s standard business development methodology, including Pursuit and the Global Account Management Framework, across assigned client accounts
Build, maintain, and strengthen client and internal stakeholder relationships by working closely with Lead Client Partners, account teams, procurement contacts, and cross-functional teams
Support pursuit efforts and delivery of the account’s Annual Sales Target Plan, including proposal management, RFX development, supplier compliance coordination, and key initiative support throughout the end-to-end proposal lifecycle
Organize and manage ongoing business development and account meetings, including tracking actions, managing the client opportunity pipeline, preparing reporting, and supporting regular stakeholder connectivity
Help teams develop, test, and apply value propositions and win themes, ensuring they are consistently reflected in proposal materials, pursuit deliverables, and client discussions
Drive and maintain account relationship maps with Lead Partners and account teams, provide insights, and track actions that advance client relationships and business opportunities
Drive adoption and effective use of Salesforce by advising on CRM best practices, supporting practice strategy, and ensuring opportunity and contact records are accurate and up to date
Leverage marketing plans, campaigns, thought leadership, and account-relevant content to support targeted market outreach and align marketing activities with assigned client strategies
Support the development of the EURIS go-to-market strategy with the Quebec Leadership team, including sector value propositions, growth priorities, capability alignment, and account-level actions that support PwC’s markets growth objectives
Support the market segmentation and prioritization across the industry ecosystem, translating market intelligence, competitor positioning, and partner dynamics into clear targeting, pursuit, and relationship strategies
Participate in sector-specific initiatives, key industry-led events, and PwC events by supporting targeting activities, following up on actions, networking with clients and targets, and building relationships
What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
Experience in B2B client relationship management within a corporate or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of consulting and deals offerings
Proven ability to provide B2B sales support to key accounts, including account planning, strategy development, and the creation of client value propositions
Knowledge of sales best practices and methodologies, with formal training in B2B solution selling considered an asset
Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to build and maintain relationships across different levels of organization
Experience working with CRM systems and strong reporting and analytical skills
Collaborative team player with experience building consensus in multi-stakeholder environments
Effective project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Experience using cloud-based technology platforms, including Microsoft Suite and Salesforce, is an asset.
Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, supporting diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
Experience developing and managing proposals in competitive processes, using best practices and strong propositions to help improve win rates, is an asset
The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

The salary range for this position is $84,800 - $134,800. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
