Receptionist
About this role
General Description:
The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for answering the corporate phone line along with greeting and directing visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner. The job will also include various data and Excel tasks as directed by the Corporate Operations Manager.
Duties:
- Answer the phone and direct calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greet and direct visitors to the building.
- Sort mail to various departments as it arrives daily.
- Sort and catalogue cash report data from branches for accounting.
- Receive shipments checked in by the warehouse into our system.
- Update and enter records as directed in our ERP software.
- Assist with other tasks around the office as directed by the manager.
