The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Project Management to lead our growing regional-support project management team in India. In this leadership role, you will drive operational excellence across end-to-end market research project lifecycles, elevate service delivery standards, and partner with global stakeholders to shape our operational strategy. You will play a critical role in scaling high-quality research solutions, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and directly accelerating PureSpectrum’s global growth.

Location: This position is based out of our Hyderabad, India office, requiring in-office presence of 3-4 days a week.

Your Responsibilities:
  •  Lead and manage the Project Management team in India, providing strategic direction and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with the global leadership team to align project management strategies with the company's overall objectives.
  • Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency to optimize team utilization and maintain SLAs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain project management best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance protocols.
  • Develop and implement efficient project management processes to enhance productivity and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their research needs, and proactively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyze project performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, integrating innovative project management practices into operations.
  • Oversee onboarding, skills development, and career growth for team members.
  • Provide regional feedback to Product & Tech teams to guide platform enhancements.
 
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Master’s from any recognized University or equivalent education/ professional experience required preferably in Business Management.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in a leadership role overseeing project management team, preferably in market research or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and inspire teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational efficiency and growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including advanced Excel formulas and automation) and standard project management tools.
  • Proficiency in analytical, BI, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to drive data-led decisions is an added advantage.
  • A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships across teams and customers.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to support global operations.
