You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

- Are comfortable talking with guests and answering questions
- Love teamwork and thrive in a busy setting
- Have high-volume restaurant or bar experience
(Preferred, but we’ll train you!)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating standout guest experiences alongside your team
- Helping guests navigate the menu with close attention to allergens and dietary needs
- Confidently highlighting craft cocktails, local beers, and unique beverage options
- Guiding guests on how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
- Following steps of service to meet brand standards
- Using TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments
- Keeping tables dialed in—everything guests need, nothing they don’t
- Assisting with stocking and maintaining the server station
