Fundraiser - Start This Week - $20/hr Guaranteed - Providence, RI
We’re hiring fundraisers in Providence to represent some of the world’s most recognized nonprofit organizations.
No experience needed - we’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy connecting with others and want their work to support meaningful causes.
If you’re looking for work you can start quickly, earn guaranteed hourly pay, and build valuable communication skills, this could be a great fit.
This role is ideal for people interested in nonprofits, fundraising, community outreach, advocacy, public engagement, marketing, social impact, activism, or other people-focused work.
Pay & Benefits
$20/hour guaranteed starting pay (not commission)
Regular pay reviews and performance-based raises

Location & Travel
Our regional office is located in Boston.
Fundraisers primarily work throughout the Providence area, but team members will travel to the Boston office approximately once per week for training, meetings, and team support. Applicants should be comfortable navigating to Boston as part of their regular work schedule.
Schedule
Shifts are 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between
10:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Weekday and weekend shifts available
Year-round employment
To ensure strong team consistency, new hires must be able to commit to:
Minimum 4 full shifts per week
Minimum 30 hours per week
What We're Looking For
Successful fundraisers on our team tend to be:
Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people
Strong communicators who enjoy social interaction
Passionate about humanitarian, environmental, or social justice causes
Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working outdoors and on their feet
Experience in fundraising, nonprofit work, advocacy, sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, volunteering, activism, education, or other public-facing roles is helpful - but not required.
