Job DetailsJob Location: PTMW Inc - Topeka, KS 66618Education Level: Not SpecifiedPTMW, Inc is seeking a reliable and efficient laborer to join our manufacturing team in the Wood & Insulation department. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing precut Styrofoam insulation in metal buildings, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety. This position does not require previous experience as we will train the right candidate.

Essential Job Duties

• Apply precut Styrofoam insulation materials to walls, ceilings, and floors of metal enclosures.
• Consistently achieve or exceed daily performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

• Self motivated conscientious worker
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and physical capacity test, including, but not limited to, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

• General understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Able to use power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
