Prudential is strengthening its enterprise governance capabilities to ensure technology asset and configuration data is trusted, controlled, and actionable across the technology lifecycle.
Reporting to the Director, Technology Asset Management & Governance, the Asset Management & CMDB Governance Lead will define and operate governance frameworks, embed controls into processes, monitor enterprise data quality, and provide insight that supports compliance, risk reduction, and better technology decision-making.

What you will Do
Own and operate governance frameworks for Technology Asset Management and CMDB.
Define standards, controls, and governance expectations and embed them into operating processes.
Monitor controls that support risk, compliance, and internal governance requirements.
Establish metrics, scorecards, and reporting to monitor asset and CMDB health.
Identify data quality, control, and governance risks and drive remediation.
Ensure alignment across related lifecycle, architecture, and ITSM processes.
Provide audit-ready documentation and evidence for internal and external reviews.
Develop reporting on asset and CMDB health, risk exposure, compliance posture, and required actions.
Drive continuous improvement across governance practices, controls, and operating routines.
What you will Bring
Experience in Technology Lifecyle Management or related enterprise functions.
Strong understanding of data quality, controls, risk, and compliance practices.
Experience working with enterprise platforms, CMDB repositories, or asset data sources.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify issues and influence across teams.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive accountability.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience with ServiceNow.
ITIL, IAITAM, or related certification.
Experience with audit, risk, compliance, or governance reporting.
Financial services or large enterprise technology governance experience.
