Prudential is strengthening its enterprise IT Asset Management capabilities to improve compliance, operational resilience, and lifecycle accountability across technology hardware and software.
Reporting to the Director, Technology Asset Management & Governance, the IT Asset Management Lead will execute and optimize enterprise ITAM processes, maintain reliable asset data, support risk and compliance activities, and partner across teams to drive measurable improvements in asset lifecycle management.

What you will Do
Execute IT asset lifecycle processes from acquisition through retirement in partnership with asset owners.
- Maintain accurate asset records aligned to enterprise standards.
- Support software license compliance, renewals, audits, and optimization.
- Partner with asset owners to track and remediate lifecycle risks, including End-of-Life and End-of-Support exposure.
- Resolve asset data quality issues and improve overall data reliability.
- Support hardware asset tracking, governance, and secure disposal.
- Execute ITAM controls and provide evidence for audit, risk, and compliance needs.
- Develop reporting on asset posture, compliance, lifecycle health, and remediation progress.
- Identify and implement improvements across ITAM processes, tools, and routines.
What you will Bring
Experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or related technology operations.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, software licensing, compliance, and data quality practices.
- Experience using ITAM tools, asset repositories, or related enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive follow-through.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify issues and influence across teams.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience with ServiceNow.
- ITIL, IAITAM, or related certification.
- Experience with audit, risk, compliance, or asset reporting.
- Financial services or large enterprise technology experience.
