The Practice Manager I provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations within Providence Medical Group Specific responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources. May oversee multiple clinics or departments within the Providence Medical Group.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Practice Manager I’s hired after 12/1/2016 are required to have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License
1 year Practice management experience.
2 years Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
1 year Experience in ambulatory or inpatient health care operations preferred.
