ABOUT THE JOB
Position Title:
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
Location: Dammam, KSA
Employment Type:
Contract
An experienced
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is required to support the people,
process, communications, training, and business adoption aspects of an Oracle
Fusion deployment. The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading
change management initiatives for large-scale ERP transformation programs,
particularly Oracle Fusion implementations, within complex enterprise
environments.
The OCM Lead will work
closely with business stakeholders, program leadership, functional teams, and
end users to support successful adoption of Oracle Fusion and achieve the
intended business outcomes.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Change Strategy
& Planning
- Develop and execute the overall OCM
strategy for the Oracle Fusion program.
- Perform change impact assessments across
business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Define change readiness, organizational
alignment, and adoption approaches.
- Establish and manage change governance and
reporting mechanisms.
Stakeholder
Engagement
- Identify and manage key business
stakeholders and champions.
- Build strong relationships with business
leaders and end-user groups.
- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions
and change workshops.
- Drive stakeholder commitment and
sponsorship throughout the transformation journey.
Communications
Management
- Create and execute a comprehensive
communication strategy.
- Develop executive communications,
leadership messages, newsletters, and program updates.
- Ensure consistent messaging regarding
Oracle Fusion deployment objectives, benefits, and impacts.
Training &
Enablement
- Lead training needs analysis and learning
strategy development.
- Oversee the creation of training
materials, user guides, quick reference cards, and digital learning
content.
- Coordinate training delivery for business
users, super users, and support teams.
- Measure training effectiveness and user
readiness.
Business Adoption
& Readiness
- Monitor and assess organizational
readiness across impacted business units.
- Develop adoption KPIs and success
measures.
- Support business process transition and
stabilization activities.
- Drive user adoption during go-live,
hypercare, and post-deployment phases.
Risk & Issue
Management
- Identify and mitigate people-related
transformation risks.
- Manage resistance and develop targeted
intervention plans.
- Escalate critical change management issues
to program leadership.
Requirements
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, ADKAR, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
- 5+ years of experience supporting ERP transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading OCM work streams in Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes and transformation impacts.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments and multi-stakeholder programs.
- Experience delivering transformation programs in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred.
- Prior experience working with Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, or Engineering organizations is advantageous.
- Preferred to have experience in Asset Management, Maintenance, Finance, Procurement, or Shared Services transformations.
