As a preferred caterer to over 50 venues in and around Atlanta, Proof teams spearhead event innovations and culinary experiences to a range of events from weddings, holiday parties, corporate retreats, and social gatherings.

Join our reputable team as a Server! We are seeking knowledgeable, well-organized, and professional Servers to provide our customers with first-class experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the setting of tables completely according to diagram and/or sample table.
Assist in setting buffet stations which may include décor.
Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques.
May require assisting in the unloading/loading of event trucks.
Keep work area clean, and coordinate actions with the banquet captain to ensure flawless customer service.
Managing time effectively.
Assist in managing inventory of equipment and with set up and breakdown of events.
Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques.
Reporting to the Event Captain and performing any tasks assigned to execute a flawless event.
Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.

Performs other related duties as required.

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience

1+ year in server or Front of House experience preferred.
Experience in food & beverage or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs.
The ability to work alone and as a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Must have reliable transportation.

Work Environment

This position will consist of event attendance, preparation, set up, and breakdown. This position may report directly to one of our locations and/or travel to events throughout the Atlanta Metro area and beyond.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of being in one location, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue.
Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 30 pounds.
