As a preferred caterer to over 50 venues in and around Atlanta, our teams spearheads event innovations and culinary experiences to a range of.

We are seeking additional bartenders to help facilitate events at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.
Sets bar up in a timely manner.
Communicates well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift.
Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service.
Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event.
Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.
Record closing inventory used to balance bar consumption vs sales.
Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.

Performs other related duties as required.Qualifications

2+ years of bartending experience
Must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator.
Must be experienced in preparing mixed drinks.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must be TIPs certified (will accept similar accredited certifications).
Must be extremely hardworking and organized.
Must be exceedingly responsible and accountable.
Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.
Must live near or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA.

Excellent listening and communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.
Renowned time management and organization skills.
Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs.
The ability to work alone and as a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community, and the Proof of the Pudding team.
Must be okay with Serving when Bartending opportunities not available.

Work Environment

This position may report to the Michelin Road Atlanta Raceway. This position will require traversing different terrains while lifting and moving product, equipment, and food items.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of standing, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue.
Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.
