About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive partner engagement, event initiatives, and demand-generation activities across North America. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong business development exposure, solid digital marketing understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Marketing

  • Work closely with our technology partners to plan and execute joint marketing activities.
  • Create draft content for partner-aligned marketing materials and support partner-driven campaigns.

2. Event Management

  • Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and partner events.
  • Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, capture leads and follow-up activities to ensure successful events.

3. Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to gather required materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of brochures, presentations, and other marketing assets.

4. Lead Validation

  • Validate and qualify incoming leads from campaigns and events.
  • Share qualified leads with the sales team and support follow-up activities.

5. Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with digital marketing tasks such as emails, social posts, and landing pages.

6. Communication & BDM Support

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to support their marketing needs.
  • Help prepare sales decks, partner presentations, and marketing collateral.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in the technology or IT services sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience managing partner relationships and executing collaborative marketing initiatives.
  • Strong event planning and coordination background.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead validation processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business development teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience working with major technology partners (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM, AWS, SAP etc.).
  • Understanding of demand generation, marketing analytics, and lead scoring.
  • Ability to create or guide marketing content development.
