- Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors Compensation und/oder Performance & Goals
- Projektvielfalt & sinnvolle Aufgaben mit Verantwortung von Anfang an
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Lead- und Principal-Consultants, von denen du strukturiert lernst
- Perspektive auf cross-modulare Expertise oder eigene Implementation Tracks
- Ein starkes Expertenteam, flache Hierarchien & echte Zusammenarbeit

Qualifikationen
- Erste relevante Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Compensation, Vergütung, Zielvereinbarungen oder HR-Controlling
- Alternativ: mehrjährige HR-Praxis (z. B. HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Payroll-nah, Controlling-nah) und Interesse an der Beratungsrolle
- Analytisches Denken und Freude an zahlen- und faktenbasierten Themen
- Interesse daran, SAP SuccessFactors fachlich zu verstehen und dich darin weiterzuentwickeln
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit SuccessFactors
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
