Join our AI Competence Centre and work on influential projects for clients such as ING, Belfius, P&V, Euroclear and SWIFT. You'll work on innovative AI initiatives within our AI Lab, while supporting financial institutions with projects ranging from AI-powered KYC solutions and multi-agent platforms to AI-enabled transformation toolkits and broader GenAI adoption programmes.

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
• Experience with Python for LLM integration and the development of GenAI workflows
• Experience with guiding LLM and embedding models, RAG frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex), and vector databases and search solutions (e.g. Pinecone, Elasticsearch, Azure AI Search, Chroma, Weaviate)
• Skilled in prompt engineering, orchestration, templating, versioning, and evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs
• Proven ability to deploy and automate GenAI workflows in production environments
• Experience with AI safety measures, including guardrails, safety filters, prompt-injection mitigation, and inference cost management

What will you do?
Your key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimise GenAI solutions, ensuring performance, output quality, and responsible AI usage.
• Implement Large Language Models and RAG architectures, including vector databases, embeddings, chunking, and retrieval strategies.
• Develop and refine prompt strategies to improve the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of AI-generated outputs.
• Design and configure AI agents, including multi-agent solutions, with appropriate human oversight.
• Integrate APIs, back-end services, and business logic to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Create and maintain the Projective Group Prompt Library and promote its adoption across the organisation.
