• +8 years of experience in project management on fraud topics in the financial services or payments industries.
• Native fluency in Dutch and fluent English (French is a plus)
• A degree in law, criminology, business or a related field.
• Experience working in consulting or in a project-based role.
• Proven track record guiding transformation programmes, regulatory projects or operational change initiatives.
• Good understanding of fraud risk management and fraud prevention within financial services.
• Familiarity with fraud monitoring, transaction monitoring, financial crime frameworks and relevant regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

As a Fraud Project Manager, you will guide strategic fraud transformation initiatives, helping financial institutions strengthen their fraud prevention capabilities.
Your key responsibilities: 

• Guiding end-to-end fraud transformation programmes within financial institutions.
• Translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Managing large-scale change initiatives involving fraud, risk and compliance.
• Coordinating teams and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Supporting the implementation of fraud prevention and monitoring solutions.
• Monitoring programme delivery, managing risks and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
