- 1+ years of experience in data, business analysis, data governance, reporting, consulting, process improvement or a related field.
- Native fluency in Dutch or French, and fluent English.
- A Master's degree in business, economics, management, IT, engineering or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable to work with different stakeholders.
- An interest in data, AI, business transformation and financial services.
- Experience working with SQL or other data analysis tools.
- A structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to learn quickly and take ownership of your work.
- Exposure to financial services, banking or insurance.
- Experience with Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Alation or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DORA or BCBS239.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality or AI governance concepts.
- First knowledge of Python.
As a Data & AI Transformation Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to improve how organisations manage, understand and leverage their data.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work directly with leading banks, insurers and financial institutions on strategic data and transformation initiatives.
- Assess data landscapes and business challenges, translating them into practical recommendations and solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Support the design and implementation of data governance, data quality and AI readiness initiatives.
- Help clients build the operating models, governance structures and capabilities needed to scale data and AI successfully.
- Use SQL and other tools to assess data, identify improvement opportunities and support data-based decision-making.
- Present findings, recommendations and project progress to stakeholders in a clear and professional way.
