Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR & Administration
Location: Project HOPE is an international NGO of more than 900 engaged employees and hundreds of volunteers who work in more than
25 countries, responding to the world’s most pressing global health

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports recruitment activities across the organization, including staffing for emergency response operations and the engagement of volunteers and consultants. Reporting to the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, this role works closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to coordinate efficient hiring processes, maintain accurate recruitment data, and ensure positive candidate experience. The Specialist also supports time-sensitive hiring needs during emergency response efforts. Project HOPE employees work in the global health field and may be required to travel or work in countries where working conditions are classified as “hardship”. While international travel is not a regular part of every job, programmatic needs may require it intermittently. Compensation for the role is dependent on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
