Role Overview


We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner to own full-cycle recruitment and help shape the employee experience from offer through the first 180 days. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building strong hiring partnerships, creating thoughtful candidate and new hire experiences, and improving how People processes work as the organization grows.


In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional recruiting. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across teams and regions, guide clear and effective hiring processes, and ensure every candidate and new team member experiences Progyny Global as organized, intentional, and people-centered from the very first interaction.


Reporting to the Senior Lead, Global People & Culture, you’ll have the autonomy to make day-to-day decisions, solve problems, and continuously improve the systems, documentation, and workflows that support hiring and employee lifecycle activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their Talent Acquisition expertise while expanding into broader People Operations in a global environment.


Tasks


Talent Acquisition & Hiring Excellence



  • Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers from intake through offer delivery.

  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and structured, evidence-based hiring processes that support strong decisions and a positive candidate experience.

  • Develop interview guides, assessment frameworks, and practical resources that help hiring managers interview effectively and consistently.

  • Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and process consistency.


Employee Lifecycle



  • Own the employee journey from accepted offer through successful completion of the 180-day probation period.

  • Coordinate preboarding, onboarding, and cross-functional handoffs that create an organized and welcoming new hire experience.

  • Partner with managers to support integration, probation milestones, and compliant offboarding activities.


Operational Excellence



  • Simplify, standardize, and improve recruitment and employee lifecycle workflows as the organization grows.

  • Build and maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge resources that support managers and the People team.

  • Use operational data and technology to reduce manual work and strengthen the employee experience.


People Operations



  • Develop expertise across core People Operations, including employment documentation, contracts, employee lifecycle administration, and other defined responsibilities.

  • Support day-to-day People Operations with sound judgment, discretion, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.


Requirements


Required Skills & Experience



  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, or a comparable recruitment role, ideally with exposure to People Operations or HR administration.

  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently, partner effectively with hiring managers, and guide processes from intake through offer.

  • Experience improving recruitment, interview, onboarding, or employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced or growing organization.

  • Exposure to onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, contracts, amendments, or employee lifecycle administration, with a strong ability to build expertise where needed.

  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms to support accurate, efficient People processes.

  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.

  • Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and knowing when to seek support or escalation. ability to interpret data and present insights to clients.


Nice to Have



  • Comfortable supporting international or distributed teams.

  • Track record implementing or optimizing ATS, HRIS, or other People systems.

  • A history of improving operational workflows through automation or technology.

  • Skilled at creating documentation, playbooks, or other operational resources.

Total compensation includes a competitive base, annual performance bonus, and equity - so you share directly in Progyny's growth.



  • 💰 Competitive Base Salary: From €55,000 – €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
