Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Senior Developer – AI/ML & Agentic AI with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, NLP, and scalable AI solution development. Experience in Finance or Supply Chain domain projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
  

• Build machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, and predictive analytics.
  

• Develop scalable ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment.
  

• Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
  

Generative AI & Agentic AI

• Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  

• Build intelligent AI agents using Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
  

• Implement multi-agent workflows, memory management, tool calling, and reasoning capabilities.
  

• Fine-tune and optimize open-source and proprietary LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
  

API Development & Data Engineering

• Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
  

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for AI applications.
  

• Perform data preprocessing using Pandas and NumPy.
  

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
  

Deployment & Collaboration

• Manage model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and retraining pipelines.
  

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  

• Prepare technical documentation and reusable AI components.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  

• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
