Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Specialist to support product management initiatives, including market research, vendor coordination, product lifecycle management, and product launch activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience in product operations, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management Support

• Support product development initiatives and product lifecycle management activities.
  

• Assist in planning, implementing, and managing product programs.
  

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of product-related activities.
  

• Support product launch planning, inventory tracking, and go-to-market readiness.
  

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to evaluate customer buying behavior, pricing trends, market demand, and competitive landscape.
  

• Perform competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and product differentiation.
  

• Prepare reports and present market insights to support business decisions.
  

Vendor & Product Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support product-related activities.
  

• Evaluate supplier options, fulfillment methods, and sourcing opportunities.
  

• Analyze product costing, margins, lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQs).
  

• Collect and validate vendor information for new product setup and maintenance.
  

Product Data Management

• Manage new product setup and maintain accurate product information across internal systems.
  

• Coordinate product descriptions, specifications, images, and marketing content.
  

• Ensure product data accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
  

• Monitor and maintain product records and documentation.
  

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Monitor product, inventory, and category performance using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  

• Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and product performance metrics.
  

• Prepare reports and support data-driven decision-making.
  

• Escalate product-related issues and process gaps when required.
  

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management Support, Product Operations, Vendor Coordination, or related roles.
