Job Title: Field Support Engineer

Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in computer hardware and networking, be willing to travel to client locations, and possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit client sites to install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, networks, and IT equipment.

  • Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and peripherals.

  • Diagnose faults and perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and replacements.

  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and basic network settings.

  • Maintain service documentation and coordinate with internal technical teams.

  • Ensure timely, professional, and customer-focused service delivery.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT field support, desktop support, hardware maintenance, or networking.

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Experience in computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and replacements.

  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and printer installation and troubleshooting.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and travel to client locations.

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related field.

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
