Job Scope:
The Associate Project Manager, Sample Solutions is an entry-to-intermediate level individual contributor responsible for supporting the execution of online sample-only and sample-driven market research projects. This role manages low-to-mid complexity projects and supports senior team members on more complex engagements.
The position does not have direct reports and does not carry revenue ownership; however, it directly impacts project timelines, client satisfaction, field performance, and margin protection. The Associate Project Manager partners with Sales, Research Solutions, Operations, and external sample vendors to ensure accurate sample design, smooth fielding, and timely project completion.

The Associate Project Manager, Sample Solutions plays a critical role in delivering high-quality sample execution that supports Prodege’s client research initiatives. By managing fieldwork logistics, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational rigor, this role strengthens client trust and delivery excellence.
Through disciplined execution, proactive communication, and attention to detail, the Associate Project Manager contributes to efficient project delivery, revenue realization, and the scalability of the Sample Solutions function.
Primary Objectives:
Project Execution & Field Management: Execute sample-driven market research projects from launch through close, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Client & Internal Coordination: Support proactive communication with clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Sample Design & Performance Monitoring: Assist in developing sample and quota strategies while monitoring field metrics to ensure optimal performance.
Revenue Tracking & Operational Compliance: Support accurate revenue tracking, forecasting, and timely invoicing across assigned projects.
Detailed Job Duties:
Project Execution & Field Management:
Support end-to-end management of low-to-mid complexity sample projects.
Coordinate fieldwork launch activities and confirm readiness prior to go-live.
Monitor field performance metrics including incidence, completion rate, quotas, and timelines.
Conduct data checks and quality assurance reviews during fielding.
Manage fieldwork close procedures, reconciliations, and honorarium processes.
Client & Internal Coordination:
Provide timely and professional communication to clients regarding project updates.
Escalate risks or issues to senior team members as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Programming, Operations) to align on project scope and deliverables.
Assist in preparing project debrief materials and summaries.
Sample Design & Performance Monitoring:
Assist in developing sample plans and quota structures under guidance of senior team members.
Manage click-balancing and sampling adjustments during field.
Troubleshoot field performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize respondent flow and quality.
Revenue Tracking & Operational Compliance:
Support revenue tracking and forecasting accuracy for assigned projects.
Assist with invoice preparation and reconciliation processes.
Ensure scope changes are documented and communicated appropriately.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting records.

The must haves:
Two or more (2+) years of relevant project coordination or project management experience, ideally within market research or sample operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Understanding of market research fundamentals and primary research methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret field performance data.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
The nice to haves:
Experience working with online panels and third-party sample providers.
Familiarity with CRM or project tracking systems.
Experience managing quotas, click-balancing, or complex targeting criteria.
Experience creating documentation or training materials.
