The Supply Planning Manager is leading the supply planning team, ensuring the efficient planning and supply of raw and packaging materials. The manager will drive improvements in supply chain processes and will play a critical role in Business Contingency!
The typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage the supply planning team
- Influence operational and business strategies by defining processes, tools, and analytical solutions.
- Drive supply chain improvements within the scope of responsibilities.
- Ensure organizational capabilities support planning operations effectively.
- Oversee the execution of planning processes, including order placement, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
- Achieve cost, inventory, and customer service targets through standard work processes.
- Lead transformational projects to enhance planning processes.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to improve operational strategies.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and proactively address critical issues.
- Provide second-level technical support and conduct daily direction-setting meetings.

Job Qualifications
- This job requires you to be based in Russia, Novomoskovsk
- Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
- Learning agility and attention to detail
- Work experience with ERP systems (SAP, C1, Oracle, etc.)
- Relevant work experience in Logistics or Planning Department for 1-3 years
- Power BI skills would be considered a competitive advantage
- A university degree (DipHE) is required
- Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
