Job Description

The opportunity to transform an industry giant into a cultural icon.

SK-II is building a new archetype of creative agency from the inside. A studio of makers, designers, writers, and artists working closer to the brand than any agency ever could. Exceptional work made by the people closest to it.

We are looking for a Senior Creative to help build it.

You will work on a luxury brand with one of the richest heritage in beauty. The work spans hero brand films, packaging, retail, digital, 0 to 1 product launches, and immersive experiences.

You treat the gap between good and great as a personal problem to solve.

You are discipline agnostic by instinct, as comfortable directing a film treatment as you are sweating a typographic detail on a bottle or sketching the customer journey for a flagship store. You do not wait for permission to learn the next thing.

Who you are

Have a body of work that spans design and advertising.

Read widely outside the category. Art, technology, material culture, music, whatever feeds the work.

Have exceptional craft.

Have made things in ambiguity before and did not need a brief to do it well.

What you will do

You will report to the Global Creative Director and work alongside a small group of makers, writers, and designers. The work is high stakes. SK-II is a heritage brand with real stakeholders across markets, and the bar for craft is unforgiving. The upside is that decisions happen in the room, the budgets are real, and the brand has a point of view worth fighting for.

You will spend your time on the work, not on managing decks up the chain.

Let’s do the best work of our lives together.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or Animation.

    • AI - can be either Weavy/Flora/Comfy UI

  • Preferably with basic 3D basic knowledge – Blender/Zbrush/Cinema4D
