As a Healthcare Account – Junior Manager, you will develop and execute the commercial strategy for our Healthcare portfolio, building strong partnerships with key customers and identifying opportunities to accelerate category growth. You will combine customer understanding, commercial expertise, and data-driven insights to develop win-win solutions for the company and our commercial partners.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute commercial plans for key Healthcare accounts, aligned with category and business priorities.

• Build strong customer relationships, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to grow sales and strengthen our partnerships.

• Lead commercial negotiations, including assortment, pricing initiatives, promotional plans, product visibility, and in-store execution.

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer information, and competitive activity to recommend actions and improve business results.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, and other multifunctional teams to deliver customer plans and ensure strong operational execution.

Job Qualifications

• 2–3 years of commercial experience.

• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and operations.

• Strong commercial abilities, customer management skills, and operational discipline.

• Strong achievement orientation, leadership, and customer focus.

• Eligible to work in Colombia.

• Based in Bogotá.
