Job Description

The Network Orchestration Specialist is an individual contributor in a control-tower environment who monitors multi-site operational performance signals, identifies exceptions, applies established playbooks/standard work, and provides clear, decision-ready updates. • Provide concise, decision-ready updates to stakeholders (what changed, impact, options/recommendation within guidance) and document decisions for continuity.

  • Perform structured shift handoffs to preserve watch-outs, constraints, open actions, and escalation status.

  • Identify repeat issues and signal-quality gaps; document evidence and consistently route improvement opportunities through defined channels to enable broader resolution and system enhancement.

  • Support planning routines by summarizing trend-based risks and recommended priorities for review by the organization Team Leader.
