Starting Pay: $27.70
Successfully complete your qualification period and receive your first pay increase to $28.80/hr after just 6 months.
Shift Premiums:
+ $0.50/hr days (6 am – 6:30 pm)
+ $2.00/hr nights (6 pm – 6:30 am)
+ $2.50/hr rotating (2 week rotation between days to nights)
Work Hours:
12-hour shifts, on a 2-2-3 schedule. Biweekly rotating days/nights schedule, straight days, and straight nights shifts available.
With our 2-2-3 shift schedules, you get about 15 days off per month; including a 3-day weekend every other week!

What You'll Do
Maintain and troubleshoot autonomous robots, automated conveyors, and material handling systems
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment calibrations
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and system issues to minimize downtime
Monitor equipment performance and use data to identify and prevent potential problems
Drive continuous improvement projects that improve reliability, quality, and efficiency
Share technical knowledge and help develop the skills of other team members
Take ownership of equipment areas and help design solutions that improve system performance

Operations Schedule
This site operates continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Overtime may be required on weekends and/or holidays. Shifts may be reassigned depending on business need.

Job Qualifications
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Technical school, trade school, apprenticeship, or an associate degree in a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of mechanical or technical experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment
Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment
Familiarity with conveyors, pumps, compressors, motors, gears, bearings, automated equipment, or robotics systems
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision instruments
Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and how they interact within automated operations
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Successful completion of a Technical Interview will be required as part of the application process. Upon hire, you will be expected to remain in your department for at least 18 months before being eligible for roles in alternate departments.
