Artwork Planner
About this role
Job Description:
The Artwork Planner is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of artwork production, from design to print. This includes liaising with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring all artwork is produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end artwork planning and execution for product launches, promotions, regulatory updates, and supply continuity projects.
- Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Regulatory, Product Supply, Packaging, Artwork Operations, and external agencies to ensure project milestones are delivered on time.
- Proactively identify risks, drive issue resolution, and provide clear communication of project status, timelines, and key decisions.
- Ensure local copy, claims, and artwork requirements are accurately translated into execution plans and comply with applicable regulations and company standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, process compliance, and service quality.
- Able to develop in house artwork file by using Adobe Illustrator and other artwork direct print tools
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in artwork management, packaging development, regulatory processes, supply chain planning, project management or printing is preferred.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Demonstrates strong learning agility and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication Skill and team work spirit.
