Job Summary:

The Warehouse Worker II will perform a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and equipment, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management for Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, Texas. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and contributes to the smooth operation of the supply chain.

Job Responsibilities:


Receive incoming materials and equipment, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Unload and load trucks using appropriate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and accessibility.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, completing daily inspections and reporting any malfunctions.
Pick and pack orders accurately according to work orders or shipping requests.
Prepare shipments, including banding, wrapping, and labeling, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records through manual and/or computerized systems.
Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories as required.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
* Assist with other warehouse duties and projects as assigned by supervision.

Job Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. (Forklift certification preferred).
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and record keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse setting.
Must be able to work in varying weather conditions as some work may be performed outdoors.
* Valid driver's license preferred.
